Delayed Payments

Suspend services
Delay project delivery

Payments made for completed work, digital services, or custom development are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, branding, graphics, code frameworks, and materials created by Code NexIn remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.
Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our proprietary materials without written permission.
Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, APIs, or software remain subject to their respective licenses.

Code NexIn reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless restricted by written agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you will:

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Ensure you have legal rights to any content provided to us

Availability and performance depend partly on third-party providers.
We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, pricing changes, or policy updates made by external platforms.
Renewal fees for domains, hosting, plugins, or APIs are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in a maintenance agreement.

We will not disclose confidential client information except where required by law or with client authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Delays caused by client inaction or external providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Copy or exploit website content commercially without authorization

Violation may result in legal action and access termination.
