Refund Policy

Welcome to Code NexIn. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes related to our digital services and products.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Digital Services

Code NexIn provides customized digital services including:

  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • SEO Services
  • UI/UX Design
  • Branding & Graphics
  • IT Consulting

Due to the nature of digital work, time, expertise, and resources are allocated immediately after project initiation. Therefore, digital services and delivered assets cannot typically be “returned” like physical products.

As a result, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

2. Advance Payments & Deposits

Most projects require an advance payment or deposit before work begins.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Initial deposits are typically non-refundable because they reserve development time, project scheduling, research, planning, and resource allocation.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For large or long-term projects, payments may be divided into milestones.

Completed Milestones

Once a milestone has been:

  • Completed,
  • Delivered, and/or
  • Approved by the client,

the payment for that milestone becomes non-refundable.

Unused Future Milestones

Refund requests for future milestones that have not yet started may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Code NexIn.

4. Client Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • The client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any pending dues must still be cleared.
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will only apply to unstarted work.

Code NexIn reserves the right to retain payments covering completed work, consultations, planning, revisions, licensing, and administrative efforts.

5. Revisions & Service Dissatisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage clients to use the revision opportunities included in their project agreement.

Instead of immediate refunds, we aim to:

  • Correct issues,
  • Improve deliverables,
  • Resolve misunderstandings, and
  • Deliver according to the approved scope.

Refunds will not be issued simply due to:

  • Change of mind,
  • Business closure,
  • Preference changes,
  • Delays caused by client-side communication,
  • Lack of technical understanding,
  • Third-party platform restrictions.

6. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Project timelines depend on timely communication and cooperation from the client.

Code NexIn is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Missing content or materials,
  • Delayed approvals,
  • Hosting or domain issues,
  • Third-party API/platform failures,
  • Payment delays.

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Third-Party Costs & Licenses

Payments made toward third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Paid plugins/themes
  • API subscriptions
  • Advertising budgets
  • Software licenses

These services are governed by their respective providers’ policies.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Code NexIn first before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services,
  • Termination of contracts,
  • Legal recovery actions,
  • Permanent service restrictions.

9. Approved Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on banking or payment gateway providers.

10. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments,
  • Billing errors,
  • Failure to deliver agreed services without reasonable cause.

Approval of refunds remains solely at the discretion of Code NexIn management.
